Female teacher arrested for ‘having sex with high school students in her Automobile’

A substitute teacher in Ohio was accused of having sex with two of the male high school pupils.

Madeline Marx, 23, was arrested at Kettering Fairmont High School on Wednesday (8 November) and charged with 2 counts of sexual battery relating to 2 11th grade pupils.

Court documents say she admitted to also sending “several nude photos” via Snapchat and Instagram to one of the pupils, WHIO-TV reported.

Marx is accused of performing oral sex on one of the pupils in July in the parking lot of Big Lots department store in Wilmington Pike, Kettering.

She is also accused of having sexual activity with a student in the parking lot of Van Buren Apartments in Smithville Road in September.

Police were informed of their allegations on Wednesday after a student became concerned about one of their alleged relationships and went into the school principal.

“We became aware [Marx] was potentially involved with improper activities using a juvenile,” Kettering Superintendent Scott Inskeep stated.

“When we know them then we will remove those individuals and not have them around our pupils.”

Marx, of Brookville, was discharged from Montgomery County Jail on Thursday in condition she live with her dad at his house while the case is ongoing.

According to state documents, Marx had been issued a four-year teaching permit in 2016 to instruct grades K-12.

She graduated from the nearby Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School in 2012 and served as a substitute to the district this season and last year.

Her resume, acquired by WHIO-TV, lists Huber Heights, Oakwood and Dayton Public along with other Ohio colleges where she’s worked.
